Welcome to Classic Ink Tattoo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.classicink712.com) and services. By using our website or booking a consulation, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Terms
Classic Ink Tattoo is a professional tattoo studio specializing in custom tattoo services. Our website provides information about our services, artists, and booking process.
You must be 18 years or older to book a tattoo.
All tattoos require a valid government-issued ID.
Deposits are non-refundable (see Section 5 for details).
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
2. Booking & Appointment Policies
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure a time slot.
Deposits will be applied toward the cost of the final session of the tattoo.
Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours’ notice to transfer the deposit to a new date.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your deposit may be forfeited and your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.
We do not charge you for the artwork, but due to our added upfront labor, we ask you to pay a deposit. The deposit amount is determined by the size of the project. The deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of a multi-session tattoo. All tattoo deposits are non-refundable. Upon paying a deposit you acknowledge that you have communicated your tattoo design idea to the artist to your satisfaction, and have reviewed the artist's prior works to decide that the artist can implement your idea to your satisfaction. Creating a tattoo design based on a client's concept is subjective, and variations may exist between your concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to your liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion. However, substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing or draft will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time.
You will be billed at the artist’s current hourly rate, starting at your scheduled appointment time, for all tattooing and tattooing related services, including, but not limited to: ● Time used to edit/modify the tattoo design if needed ● Time used to apply tattoo stencils to the body ● Time used to sanitize and setup tattoo station ● All breaks during the tattoo appointment requested by the client ● Lateness on your part of 1-20 minutes for any reason ● Any touch-up work needed as a result of negligent aftercare of the tattoo or any touch-up work requested 3 months or more after the initial application of the tattoo ($20 setup fee for all touch ups)
3. Tattoo Process & Aftercare
Our artists provide professional recommendations, but final design approval is the client's responsibility.
Tattoos are permanent, and outcomes depend on proper aftercare.
Clients will receive aftercare instructions and must follow them to ensure proper healing.
We are not responsible for healing issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
4. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is determined based on size, detail, and placement of the tattoo.
The final cost will be discussed during the consultation.
All payments must be made in full at the time of the tattoo session.
We accept cash only.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, even if the client changes their mind.
If an artist reschedules due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will transfer to the new date.
We do not offer refunds for completed tattoos or dissatisfaction after approval of the design.
Reschedule/Cancel and Change of Session Length Policy (48+ hours notice required)
1st - $40 Fee (paid before rescheduling)
2nd - $60 Fee (paid before rescheduling)
3rd - Forfeited Deposit in Full
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the session.
We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
We will refuse service if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. Photography & Media Use
By receiving a tattoo at Classic Ink Tattoo, you consent to having photos of your tattoo taken for our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
If you do not wish to have your tattoo photographed, you must inform your artist before the session.
8. Website Use & Content
All content on this website (images, logos, text) is owned by Classic Ink Tattoo and may not be used without permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any material from this site is prohibited.
We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Classic Ink Tattoo and its artists are not liable for adverse reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction resulting from a tattoo.
Clients assume full responsibility for their decision to get a tattoo.
Under no circumstances will Classic Ink Tattoo be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
